If J.K. Rowling and Sherlock Holmes had a child it would be Costantino Roselli. He combines elements nobody sees, raises brand identities you had never thought were there, and creates brand stories people would die to hear.
In 2019 Linkedin ranked him among the 1% of people in the Marketing industry, and his name dominates the first three pages of Google.
His book ‘Million Dollar Chest’ became a best seller in 2 weeks and was nominated for the fastest new entry in fiction stories on personal growth.
Costantino is behind the success of many known brands and products that you might be wearing, holding in your hand, using in your daily life, or parking in your garage.
He holds two masters in Digital Marketing and Leadership, a Diploma in Management of Arts, Culture & Communication, a bachelor in Computer Science, and over 21 certificates on Futurist, Branding, Management of Fashion & Luxury Brands, Marketing, Leadership, Personal Development, Communication, Growth Hacking Marketing, Human Psychology, Human-Technology Interaction, and Human Resources.
Costantino challenges himself to read 100 books a year, he loves snow, red wine, fast cars, and Art as he believes that the future of humanity belongs to artists of any form.
He is the founder & CEO of the Branding & Digital Agency, Weird Authentic People, co-founder and CVO of NTZNS, Digital Fashion Studio & Multi-brand eCommerce, and a member of “The Infinite Club”, a club that studies the future in the world.
Working for 16 years in multinational companies reaching high positions Costantino realized that the highest the position equals the least of freedom.
Big companies suffer from the illusion of safety. As you move up less risk is allowed, innovation is just a reason to do another meeting and the only challenge you have is to avoid new challenges that come up daily. In short, you exchange the freedom of creating remarkable things, of making the world better for the illusion of safety of your position. A boring and dangerous game.
You can’t beat the system but you can ignore it, and if you ignore it eventually it will change.
The digital world eliminates middlemen. If you want to speak, the stage is yours. If you want to write, start blogging. If you want to broadcast yourself, go to youtube. And guess what, nobody will stop you.
So, instead of trying to convince 7 old-fashioned minds on a board of a company to take action and do things, Costantino decided to move out and speak to 7 billion people finding like-minded people who love to do things that cause a change.
“When you have a laptop and wifi you have the same tools every big company has. The question is not if you can do it but what you will do with this power.”
“I always love action and stories. By reading non-fiction books I always missed both. Action was difficult to find and stories were boring. So, I decided to write a story that has only one aim, to make people do something in their life after they read it.
When I wrote it I thought that this is the time to test how the digital world works.”
Using the power of digital freedom, Costantino self-published the book and built a digital marketing campaign that self-handled. In 2 weeks the book sold 9.237 copies becoming a bestseller and Costantino was nominated as the fastest non-fiction bestseller of the year.
“I’m sure that the story of the book touches people but the Marketing storytelling was what made people read it.”
“Digital is the new black. And as digital permeates our lives everyone can find their own place in this world. There isn’t any more a single center that broadcasts news, or one institute that decides a bestseller rank list. Now everyone can build their own tribe of loyal followers and create their own cultural system. We are not following a mass but we belong to a weird tribe of people who looks and thinks like us. And guess what. We can belong to as many tribes as we want and nobody can stop us.
We don’t speak to all but to an audience small enough to be a tribe and big enough to create a community. But to become weird is easy. To become authentic is the difficult part.”
Based on the above, Costantino in 2017, founded the Boutique Branding & Digital Agency, Weird Authentic People. A team aiming to help people build remarkable brands with die-hard loyal fans.
During the last years, they have helped more than 180 brands to succeed in their fields building a process so that even facing any type of crisis the brand still stands for its fans.
The secret of the process lies in understanding the core value of what a brand is and does.

Mediocrity is what holds us back from evolution. In a world where technology gives us solutions and shows us that our physical capabilities are just an option, we have to demand from ourselves to build things that are better in any form.
We have to use the power of technology to solve critical problems, build remarkable brands that deliver better products and services. In a world where robots are rising, humans should rise to hold the balance.
We have to become pirates to force the navy to become better. We need to look for aesthetics and creativity. We need to become artists in our business.
We don’t need another photo with funny pets and loveable babies, we have enough of them. We don’t need another lousy product that costs 1 euro, we need to see a product and say “wow, the people who did this truly care about their work and do respect their audience.”
We need to stop asking for more mediocre things and ask for things that matter and make us feel better.
That is the purpose behind every brand we build with my team. We work on building a cultural system with creators and audience work together to develop amazing products that lead them to places they want to be.
Because only those brands with a purpose can build a tribe that cares enough to put a dent in the universe.
